Founder. Problem-solver. Mother. Project Leader. Endo Advocate.
For nearly two decades, Zavi has lived at the intersection of women’s health, resilience, and operational excellence. Diagnosed with endometriosis as a teenager, she spent years navigating a fragmented healthcare system, delayed diagnoses, and the emotional aftermath of medical trauma experiences that shaped her belief that people deserve better, earlier, and more compassionate support.
Over time, her advocacy evolved into action. Zavi built a career leading complex projects across technology, entertainment, and people operations at global companies like Meta and Warner Bros. Discovery. She became known for bridging strategy and execution, transforming messy, disjointed processes into clear systems that work. That same skillset structured thinking, relentless problem-solving, and human-centered design would eventually become the backbone of Endo Vitality.
After settling into life in Nashville with her husband, Chris, and becoming a mother to her daughter, Zaia, Zavi saw firsthand how essential everyday comfort is for people balancing school, work, caregiving, and chronic pain. She also saw the same systemic gaps: women still being dismissed, students still missing class, and Black women still dying at disproportionately high rates from preventable complications.
Endo Vitality was created as her answer.
A practical, portable heating pad.
A simple product designed with intention.
A tool built for classrooms, dorm rooms, offices, and everyday life.
A solution created by someone who understands the stakes personally and professionally.
Zavi designed the signature six-chamber pad to be reliable, lightweight, and made for real use not just for a “bad day,” but for the day you refuse to miss. Her mission is clear and unwavering: no one should have to choose between showing up for their life and managing their pain.
Today, Endo Vitality is more than a product.
It’s an education platform.
A movement toward self-advocacy.
A brand rooted in lived experience, clinical awareness, and operational precision.
Zavi continues to build this company with the same approach she brings to her career and motherhood: honesty, resilience, care, community, and execution.
Whether she’s hosting campus pop-ups, meeting with residence life teams, connecting with students, or speaking about health equity, Zavi brings the same message everywhere she goes:
“Get through the bad days, and smile bright on the good ones but never stop advocating for yourself.” - Zavi Hamilton
