What is Endo Vitality?
Endo Vitality provides portable heat therapy pads designed to support relief from period pain, cramps, and abdominal discomfort. Our products are intended for comfort and support, not as a medical treatment.
How do the heating pads work?
Each pad activates when opened and provides consistent, low-level heat designed to help relax muscles and improve comfort during cramps.
How long does one heating pad last?
Each pad provides heat for up to 8–10 hours, depending on environmental conditions and body heat.
Are the pads reusable?
No. Our heating pads are single-use for hygiene, safety, and consistent heat performance.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our pads are designed with skin comfort in mind. However, we recommend placing the pad over clothing or underwear—not directly on bare skin—and discontinuing use if irritation occurs.
Can I use this if I have endometriosis, fibroids, or PCOS?
Many customers with these conditions find heat therapy helpful. However, Endo Vitality products are not medical devices. Please consult your healthcare provider if you have specific medical concerns.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately.
No Order Edits or Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we cannot modify or cancel it. This includes changes to products, shipping addresses, or shipping methods. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
After processing, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier performance. Total delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days from order date.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may be limited. If offered, international delivery timelines vary widely and may take 2–6 weeks. Endo Vitality is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or carrier-related issues.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
USPS or carrier volume
weather or natural events
holidays
incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Expedited Shipping
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Please plan accordingly and avoid ordering if you need the product by a specific date.
Due to the personal, hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped.
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
your order number
clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will replace the affected item(s).
What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Endo Vitality is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier directly.
